Today we went to the doctor for our 1st ultrasound for the new baby. The baby looks great! we heard it's heartbeat and saw it move it's little arms and head. and they also found a 3x5 cm cyst on my right ovary. it's HUGE. bigger than my uterus right now, so they are going to monitor me, which means that i'll be getting another ultrasound in 4 weeks. yippee.with that we have a blood disorder that runs in my family and i forewarned the doctors about it and they got right on it and took what seemed like 15 vials of blood(it was def more than five and maybe more than 10). I'll know in 5 -10 days. the lab fee for the blood test that we took was $3500!!! holy poop good thing our insurance is amazing for maternity.
anyways. everyone at the doctors office was great. Dr. Evans (who is "new" to the practice) is really nice and easy to talk to and actually listened to me when i told him about delivering lorelei and how my pelvis never seperated, resulting in lorelei getting stuck and how i was a week overdue. makes me feel good that he's actually listening to what i'm saying.

Oh, that is exciting! What fun ultrasound pics - probably the best I've ever seen. I'm also glad you had a good experience at the drs office. It always feels great to know you're being listened to. Good luck with all the monitoring and tests.
